for Use of the mbi98 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mbi98 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing or using any part of the mbi98 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to the mbi98 platform and use of the services provided is subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are required not to use the mbi98 platform.

Continued use of this platform after any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be considered as acceptance of those changes. mbi98 recommends that you review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current terms in effect.

Member Eligibility

To register and use mbi98 services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Not have been banned from gambling by any competent authority.
• Not currently be enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Be making the decision to gamble of your own free will without any coercion.

Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account on the mbi98 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended without prior notice.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are also responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur. mbi98 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by a member.

• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential by the member.
• Use of the account by any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• mbi98 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mbi98 platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours subject to the completion of security checks.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All funds deposited by members are for gambling purposes only. mbi98 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by mbi98 are subject to their respective specific terms. The following are general terms relating to bonuses:

• A 150% welcome bonus of up to a maximum of RM888 is given to new members on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the value of the bonus received.
• For example: A deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150, giving a balance of RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before any withdrawal from the bonus funds is permitted.
• Second example: A deposit of RM1,200 generates a bonus of RM888, giving a balance of RM2,088. The wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
• Weekly cashback bonuses are available for VIP members from Bronze to Diamond tier, at rates between 0.2% and 0.8% depending on membership level.
• mbi98 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if eligibility requirements are not met or if there are signs of promotion abuse.

Acceptance of any bonus is considered as agreement to all terms and conditions related to that promotion. All mbi98 decisions regarding bonus matters are final.

Game Rules

The mbi98 platform offers various game categories including slots, live casino, sports, and esports. Each game has its own rules available within the game interface.

All game software is operated by licensed third-party software providers and independently audited to ensure the fairness and integrity of every game round. The outcome of each game is final unless a clear and verifiable technical error has occurred.

• In the event of an internet connection disruption during a game, the result will be determined based on our server records.
• mbi98 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical issues on a member's device or internet connection.
• Betting limits for each game are as stated within the respective game interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi98 platform and may result in account suspension or termination without notice, as well as legal action where necessary:

• Opening multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party software to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Misusing promotions or bonuses in a way that goes against the intent of those promotions.
• Transferring funds between member accounts without mbi98's authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Disclosing account information to third parties or allowing others to use your account.

Account Suspension and Termination

mbi98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or illegal acts.
• A request by the member to close their account, including through a self-exclusion programme.
• The member is found to be below the minimum age requirement.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, mbi98 reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team via live chat.

Limitation of Liability

mbi98 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• mbi98 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or compensatory losses suffered by members.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member are entirely the member's responsibility.
• mbi98 makes no guarantees regarding profits from any game or wager.
• Temporary service disruptions that are outside mbi98's control do not form the basis for any liability claim.

Personal Data Protection

mbi98 collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Information collected is used solely for account management, licensing compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. mbi98 will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
